§1. General Provisions

§2. Scope of Services
The TRAthletic platform enables:
• Filling out the intake form before the first visit
• Viewing training and dietary plans
• Daily health monitoring
• Monitoring training progress
• Communication with the trainer
• Receiving notifications about new plans and reminders
§3. User Account
An account on the platform is created by a trainer or administrator. The user receives an email invitation with a link to set their password.
The user is obligated to:
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Immediately report any unauthorized access to the account
• Provide truthful personal data
§4. Obligations of the Parties
User obligations:
• Honestly filling out forms and monitoring entries
• Reporting health contraindications
• Following the trainer's recommendations
Service provider obligations:
• Ensuring platform availability
• Protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR
• Professional delivery of training services
§5. Liability
The service provider is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow the trainer's recommendations. The user is responsible for their own health and should consult a doctor before starting training.
§6. Data Protection

§8. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable Polish laws shall apply.
The service provider reserves the right to amend the Terms with 30 days' notice. Changes do not apply to contracts already in effect.
